Booking Terms and Payment Conditions for the Bed and Breakfast

Check in is available between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm. Check out is at 10.30 am.

Please contact us if you wish to arrive or depart outside the above times. Early or late check in and check out are strictly by arrangement only and may not be available on your selected date(s) and are subject to a charge.

Full booking balance is due on arrival. Payments can be made in cash, via a payment link online or by credit card. We accept the following cards: Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, MasterCard – free of charge.

The Bed & Breakfast is an adults only property, all guests staying have to be over the age of 18.

Groups are accepted up to a maximum of 6 people. No stag and hen groups.

Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property or on the premisis. However, we have a dedicated smoking area next to the car park, we would appreciate if you could limit smoking to this area. Smoking in the property will render you liable to a charge of £250 and the cost of cleaning the room and any revenue lost due to inability to let the room out.

Our prices are per room, per night, based on a maximum of 2 people sharing a room and include all taxes and your choice from our delicious breakfast menu.

Please note that we have made the decision for Cosy Wolf Bed & Breakfast not to accommodate children under the age of 16 years. 16 and 17 year old children must accompany a parent as a second person sharing a room. We will honor all bookings for families that have been made before 1st June 2021.

Single occupancy is available at a discount of £10 per room per night.

Only assistance dogs are allowed in the Bed and Breakfast.

Deposit & Cancellation policy

Deposit: A deposit equal to 20% of the booking balance is payable upon booking. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. Please see below for booking amendments.

Cancellations: We will allow you to cancel your booking without penalty, but you must do so 7 days before arrival date, by email to reservations@cosywolf.co.uk. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by return email. Please do not consider your booking cancelled until you receive our confirmation. If you do not cancel, but you fail to arrive for your stay with us, you agree that the sum due for your full stay will be debited from the credit/debit card in full and final settlement.

We suggest that you ensure you have cancellation insurance to cover the above.

Booking Amendments: We accept a change of your booking dates up to 7 days before arrival. If this does occure we will move your booking and carry your deposit forward. Please note that we will not refund your depsot if you cancel the amended booking.

Force Majeure

We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control, as a result of inability to secure labour, materials or supplies or as a result of any act of God, War, Strike, Lockout or other labour dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought, Legislation, or other cause (whether of the foregoing class or not) beyond the sellers control.

We would, however, attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Except in exceptional circumstances, our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
