Cosy Cottage

Situated in Freshwater on the Isle of Wight, in two acres of beautiful gardens sat back from the road, Cosy Cottage is a hidden gem of tranquillity on the West Wight.

The property features three bedrooms (1x super king, 1x twin and 1x single), an open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area as well as a private garden. Dogs are welcome at Cosy Cottage and can be let off the lead at all times in the private garden.

Cosy Cottage is part of the spacious grounds of Cosy Wolf Bed and Breakfast. Guests staying at Cosy Cottage are welcome to explore the gardens, but dogs should be kept on a lead at all times. The cottage can accommodate up to 5 people. A travel cot can be provided for infants sharing the super king bedroom with their parents.

Booking Terms

Our price is per night for a maximum of 5 people sharing. Please note, we have a minium stay of four nights for the cottage.

A deposit of 10% of the booking total is required. The full booking balance must be paid 14 days before arrival, a payment link will be sent to you via Email.

This deposit will be refunded if the booking is being cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. If the booking is cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

We are aware that items may inadvertently become broken, we will not charge you extra if it is crockery or glasses. But please let us know so we can replace anything before the next guests arrive.

Charges for repairs of substantial damages or replacing furniture, white goods or the TV will however be charged to the card held on file.

We do not allow stag or hen parties.

Dog Policy

We welcome well-behaved dogs for stays in our Cosy Cottage by prior arrangement. We charge a supplementary cleaning charge of £25 per dog per stay and repair costs will be charged if your dog damages furniture and/or soft furnishings. Please do not let your furry friends on the furniture and/or soft furnishings. Your dog is allowed to be off the lead in the cottage garden at all times but we would ask you to ensure other guests are not disturbed if you walk your dog in the main garden. Please note that a maximum of two dogs is allowed in our Cosy Cottage.Dog owners are responsible for clearing up after their dogs. Please dispose bagged up dog fouling in the bins provided.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the cottage however smoking is allowed in the private garden of the Cosy Cottage. Smoking in the property will render you liable to a charge of £250 and the cost of cleaning the room and any revenue lost due to inability to let the room out. Please note smoking in the garden of the Bed and Breakfast is not allowed. A dedicated smoking area is situated next to the car park.
